10th Jun 2020Meet Steve Sargeant, Managing Director and owner of LCM Systems Ltd. Steve has worked in the load cell industry since 1982, starting in production and the manufacture of load cells. During his time in the industry he has worked in many different departments, gaining experience and expertise in “all things load cells”, with calibration, product design/development, application support and sales/business development all roles that he has covered. Steve had the opportunity to acquire LCM Systems in 2001 along with business partner David Willmington, and has developed the business into a professional, high quality design and manufacturing business, recognised as a market leader in both standard and custom load cell solutions, This has been achieved by assembling a strong and dedicated team that is highly focused on customer and market needs, allowing Steve to focus on ensuring the business remains financially secure and in touch with the needs of all business stakeholders.
