80kN Wireless Load Pins 📰

These 80kN wireless load pins have been designed and manufactured for a customer in Belgium, who wanted to replace an existing load bearing pin in an open wedge socket with a load measuring pin to provide load monitoring. They also wanted the flexibility of a wireless solution, eliminating the need for cable that is prone to damage and snagging. Our wireless load pins have a transmission distance of up to 600m (clear line of sight) and offer more than 300 hours of continuous operation between battery changes, which are easily accessed by simply removing the two red clips on the telemetry housing. The load pins were also supplied with a T24 base station for simple configuration and set-up via a PC.
