20 Tonne Beam Load Cells 📰
14th Jun 2024These custom design stainless steel beam load cells have been manufactured for a company that manufactures articulated loaders, dump trucks and utility vehicles for the underground mining industry. They had a requirement for a load cell that met very specific dimensional criteria, including a maximum height of 60mm. The beam load cells will be installed on a dump truck to enable the amount of blasted ore to be weighed as it is added to the vehicle. The load cells feature an integrated amplifier to provide a 4-20mA output and offer an accuracy of 0.3% of rated load.
